About me
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process of rediscovering one’s resilience and reclaiming a sense of agency. I focus on creating a grounded, supportive environment where clients can explore the complexities of their identity and navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity.
My approach is rooted in the belief that while we cannot always control our external circumstances, we can transform our relationship with our thoughts and emotions. I specialize in helping individuals work through cognitive distortions, build resiliency, develop coping skills, and engage in meaningful identity exploration. Whether we are working through long-standing patterns or navigating a current crisis, my goal is to provide you with the tools to move from a state of surviving to a state of thriving.
