Initial Consultation
Extended Session
$150 (60 minutes)
While the “standard session” works for many, certain situations require extended sessions to be effective. The extended session allows you to dive deep without the disruption of a ticking clock. These longer formats allow for a slower pace, giving the nervous system more time to settle and ensuring that complex emotional breakthroughs are not cut short.
$150 (60 Minutes)
The assessment is an important step in the therapeutic process where I I ask questions related to your biological, psychological, and social history and wellness. It allows me to assess for any safety or risk concerns, determine a diagnosis (if applicable), work together to set treatment goals, and lay out a foundation for therapy modalities going forward.
First Session Assessment
Brief Session
$100 (30 minutes)
While the traditional "therapeutic hour" is the industry standard, shorter sessions offer a unique set of advantages for the right situations. A shorter session may work for you if you are looking to pinpoint a singular problem area, prevent emotional burnout, or fit something brief into your busy life schedule. When a session feels manageable, it can provide a quick "anchor" during a stressful week without needing a full-scale exploration.
Super-bill options for reimbursement available
$120 (45 minutes)
During a typical session, you and the therapist engage in a focused conversation where you explore current challenges, emotional patterns, and personal goals. The therapist provides a safe, non-judgmental space to help you gain insight into your behaviors or process difficult experiences. Most sessions conclude with a brief summary of what was discussed.
Standard Session
Family Therapy with patient present
$150 (50 minutes)
The primary purpose of family therapy is to treat the family as a connected system rather than focusing on a single person. By identifying dysfunctional patterns of communication and behavior, I help members resolve conflicts and establish healthier boundaries. These sessions aim to strengthen the family unit's collective resilience, ensuring everyone feels heard and supported.
